Can I be frank with you?
We are so close to our next accomplishment, achievement, open door, or opportunity. So close we can taste it. Do you see it?
Confidence, according to , is the belief in oneself and one’s powers or abilities; self-confidence; self-reliance; assurance. When you have confidence, you can be assured that when you walk in a room, it shows; because, everyone around you will see the confidence in you. It’s in the way you approach people, the way you speak, and the way you handle or take command of a conversation. It’s not that you are overbearing. It’s just the opposite. You can still be humble, but also display charisma. You have influence, and you are fun to be around.
We don’t always have to do things according to how others do them. Because nine times out of 10, we never achieve them since we are not doing it uniquely according to who we are and what we have been designed to do. Our purpose must be aligned to our goals, and our goals must be aligned to our purpose. It may sound repetitive, but it’s important to learn this way if we are to fully embrace and engage in achieving all that you desire to achieve. In the video below, there are two important components of goal setting that are imperative but not talked about in many coaching circles. I’d love to hear your comments on this training.
How many of us have made decisions we later regretted? Experiences are supposed to teach us what to do and not to do, but many find themselves making the same mistakes over and over again simply because they failed to think of the consequences associated with the decision in the first place. Every day we make countless decisions about things that go on in our life. From what to wear, what to eat, where to live, what school our children should attend, to what time to leave the house before heavy traffic meets us, what errands to run when we leave work, and so on and so forth. We feel we “we are grown” and can make our own decisions. And while that may be true, have you ever stopped to think, whose decision really is it anyway?
