Lady of Purpose Network would like to introduce guest blogger, fellow Lady of Purpose member, and Certified Purpose Development Coach, Naa Harper. She discusses the importance of using our genuine voice to make a significant impact in this world. Here’s what she has to say.
Your voice has power. It can cause things to happen in your life or stifle them, depending on how and where you use it.
Mentor: noun 1. a wise and trusted counselor or teacher. 2. an influential senior sponsor or supporter. Each one of these descriptions make up a person who, at one time, made mistakes, failed at many different things, learned from all of them, but can instruct, teach, advise, and mentor others of how not to do what they did. This person is there to pave the way for others to succeed. And boy, is he or she not only the expert in his or her own right, but many think so too!
There are many people that are ready to embark on new relationships by meeting new people and leading productive lives. But they just don’t know how to establish the right connections for that to happen. Many times, it’s because they are one of two people: ‘Type A’ and ‘Type B’ people.
